Yatse 2 | Yatse Android Widget and Remote

New version of Xbmc Starter.

Adds a Delayed Start option for people with Usb wifi dongle or other delayed network that starts after Xbmc Starter on boot preventing it from binding to network.

Added : Support for Multiple Xbmc instances (Long press Logo / Settings to quick select).
Corrected : Some crash with WOL and Time display.
Corrected : Better notification design.
Added : New translations DA and PT.

New version of Xbmc Starter uploaded.

Correct a small case where xbmc was not bring back to front.
Should now also works on slow computer where Xbmc takes a little time to start.
